Preparing for ITP 2012

I hope you are all having a great new year so far! Here at the Museum we are busy planning for our 7th year of the ITP.  This year’s programme will take place from Wednesday 13th June to Saturday 21st July 2012.

The dates and schedule for the ITP 2012 have been slightly altered to accommodate both Ramadan and the Olympics. So the ten day UK Partnership placement will be at the beginning of the programme, before they come to the BM.

We are inviting 27 participants this year, and  the countries that will be participating are: Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Sudan, Tanzania, and Turkey.

There are several new countries participating this year. For the first time, we will be hosting participants from Lebanon, Libya, Mexico, Pakistan and Tanzania.

We are currently confirming the individual participants from each country, and will keep you up to date as more plans are confirmed!
